Nationals' Atilano Joins ASG Family

All Star Group would like to welcome its newest client, former first rounder and current Washington Nationals' Luis Atilano. Luis comes to ASG in his firs season as a member of the Washington Nationals' 40-man roster. Atilano is coming off a stellar 2008 season in which he pitched at three different levels, compiling a 5-3 record, 2.50 E.R.A. in twenty-four games, fifteen of those starts.

The San Juan, Puerto Rico native was originally a first round pick of the Atlanta Braves in 2003. In 2007 Luis underwent Tommy John surgery, which caused him to miss all but one game that year.

ASG welcomes Luis to the firm and is confident that 2009 will see him make his major league debut.
